I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with new furniture and amenities, but the ground floor location with sliding doors opening to a grassy area raised security concerns. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff providing great recommendations on local dining spots. The location was convenient, near many stores, but cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.

The hotel has some pros like fresh and clean rooms at the end of a long hall, nice and warm atmosphere in January, but also needs updating and cleaning. However, the service from some staff members needs improvement, although others are exceptionally nice. The location, though with some lighting issues, boasts beautiful scenery and is courteous. The dining experience, while outstanding, could improve in certain aspects. The facilities are adequate but might need some attention.
